Remind me who are we protecting ourselves against?

I have been trying to make sense of this as well.

When are we going to address the issue of gun control and violence in our society? Living in a city with an on average murder rate of 400+/year makes this issue all too pertinent. It doesn't become any clearer with the horrendous reality that 30+/- young Americans are dying every week in Iraq alone. Where are our priorities?; Tue Apr 17, 11:01:00 PM
Brian said...: Indeed. I keep thinking of that last scene from the film, Seven, where in a emotional situation and a gun is placed in hand, the results are pretty predictable.
